many new suppliers being recommended to us by existing clients. Suppliers
are taken on only after we have completed a comprehensive evaluation
of their business that includes reputation, guarantees, warranties and
price. In addition they are chosen for their quality, service, flexibility
and reliability of the products and services they offer, criteria that
are in turn monitored on an ongoing basis following acceptance as a
partner supplier.
